These terms explain the core rules for dm.today website subscriptions, domain registration, cancellations, refunds, and promotional use.
Fixed-service product
dm.today is a fixed-service subscription. The service covers the hosted website product as offered and does not include custom redesigns, bespoke alterations, or iterative creative revisions unless dm.today agrees to them separately in writing.
Domain registration
If you choose a custom domain option, the domain you approve becomes final once it is registered. A domain is registered as soon as the subscription is purchased and can take up to 8 hours for your website to appear at this domain. After registration, dm.today cannot guarantee changes, substitutions, reversals, or recovery of registration costs.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future scheduled payments, and your website will enter a 7-day offline holding period from the date of cancellation. After that period, the website will be permanently deleted. Fees already paid are non-refundable for change of mind or unused periods, except where refund rights apply under law.
Promotional use / opt-out
You grant dm.today a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature your public social media page and the resulting website in promotional materials. You may opt out of this promotional use at any time by emailing contact@dm.today.
